Notes:

1. This is only the business portion of the annual meeting for 2008. Dinner, a technical presentation, and presentation of scholastic and other awards which also make up the annual meeting will be held in March 2009. Details to be announced.

2. OARS is now inviting nominations for election to the position of
- Vice President,
- Secretary,
- Communications Coordinator and
- Councillors,
all for a two-year term.
