OARS AT THE ONTARIO SCIENCE CENTRE

In April, OARS had an opportunity to promote remote sensing through the Ontario Science Centre as part of its Environmental Month events.
Partnered with the Ninety-nines in Ontario, the focus was on aerial environmental surveillance.
Over three weekends in a row, volunteer members from both organizations set up and manned a display booth at the centre for the benefit of the public. Also, there was a daily screening of the documentary "Angels of the Sky" in one weekend.
