OARS AT ONTARIO CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE - DISCOVERY 09

For the third year in a row, OARS was given the opportunity to promote remote sensing to the general public through the Ontario Science Centre as part of its April Environmental Month events.

Again, our partner was the "First Canadian Chapter" of the Ninety-nines.

Volunteers from both organizations set up and staffed display booths at the Centre for two weekends.

In May, through the courtesy of the Ontario Centres of Excellence, OARS was given a booth at its two-day annual conference, Discovery 09, to introduce and to promote the association.
